• Copy following jar files from C:toolsjavaapacheaxisaxis1_2axis-bin-1_2axis-1_2lib to C:toolsjavaapachejakartajakarta-tomcat-5.0.28commonlib

    commons-discovery-0.2.jar
    saaj.jar
    wsdl4j.jar
    log4j-1.2.8.jar

• Copy happyaxis.jsp, i18nLib.jsp in web application root dir

• Copy i18n.properties to WEB-INFclasses dir

• Copy web.xml below in WEB-INFweb.xml
